  • We keep pricing crystal-clear! Residential cleanings start at $120/hr, deep cleans at $150/hr, and move-in/move-out cleanings at $180/hr. Commercial cleanings require a custom estimate.

    Rates are based on the availability of a two-cleaner team at your appointment time. Final cost and duration may vary based on scheduling.

    A two-hour minimum applies to all services.

  • We’re happy to provide an estimate over the phone! However, for the most accurate quote, we recommend an in-person assessment.

  • Most homes take 2–3 hours, depending on size, current condition, and number of cleaners available at your appointment time. Move-in/move-out cleanings vary.

    If you have a time cap in mind, let us know — we’ll tailor the service to fit.

  • We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

    If you or someone in your household is feeling unwell, please let us know as soon as possible — preferably at least 24 hours in advance — so we can keep both our team and other clients safe.

    In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, and we appreciate your understanding.

  • Nope! We bring our own eco-friendly, kid- and pet-safe products. Have a preferred product? Just let us know — we’re happy to use it!

  • For recurring services, we do our best to keep the same team of cleaners, but availability may vary. Rest assured, all of our team members are trained to the same high standards!

  • We appreciate it if clutter is cleared from surfaces you’d like us to clean. While we’re happy to move items as needed, this may add to the cleaning time.

  • Your comfort comes first! You’re welcome to stay, but it’s not required. If you won’t be home for your appointment, we’re happy to coordinate a convenient way to access your space — just let us know what works best for you!
