At Simple Clean, we believe in transparency, reliability, and mutual respect. Our policies are designed to ensure a seamless experience for both our clients and our team. Please review the following guidelines before booking your cleaning.

Booking & Cancellations

  • We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • If you need to adjust your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your needs.

  • A deposit may be required for certain services, including move-in/move-out cleanings and large-scale projects.

Arrival & Access

  • Our team strives to arrive on time, but please allow a 15-minute arrival window in case of traffic or scheduling adjustments.

  • If you won’t be home during your appointment, we’re happy to arrange a secure way to access your property — just let us know in advance!

Cleaning Expectations

  • We provide thorough, high-quality cleanings, but please note that heavily cluttered or exceptionally soiled spaces may require additional time or services.

  • For efficiency, we kindly ask that personal items be cleared from surfaces you’d like cleaned.

  • We’re pet-friendly, but if your furry friend is nervous around new people, we recommend securing them in a safe space.

Payments & Pricing

  • Our standard rate is $120 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum per cleaning.

  • Deep cleans are $150/hr, and move-in/move-out cleanings are $180/hr. Commercial cleanings require a custom estimate.

  • These rates are based on the availability of a two-cleaner team at your appointment time. The final cost and duration may vary based on scheduling.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, or debit/credit card*.

    *Please note, debit and credit cards will be charged an additional 3% processing fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Your satisfaction is our priority! If you have any concerns about your cleaning, please reach out within 24 hours, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • We do not offer refunds, but we’re committed to ensuring every client is happy with their service.

Health & Safety

  • If anyone in your household is feeling unwell, please let us know as soon as possible to reschedule. This helps us keep all of our clients and team members safe.

  • Our eco-friendly cleaning products are safe for kids and pets, but if you have a preferred product you’d like us to use, just let us know!

Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service in situations that present health, safety, or working condition concerns.

  • This includes extreme hoarding situations, hazardous environments, or any instance of inappropriate behavior.
