Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes, we are Insured and Bonded!

Q: Will there be a different crew cleaning each time?

A: No. Currentley it is just the two of us.

Q: Do you bring your own supplies?

A: Yes, we supply everything.  unless there is a specific product you prefer us to use

Q: Do you charge by the square foot?

A: No, our current rate is $100/hour. 

Q: Can I get an over the phone estimate, or do you need to come to the property?

A: Absolutely! For a more accurate estimate we recommend an in person estimate.

Q: Do you offer services outside of Windsor, and if so how far out?

A: We do! Please Call for further details.  

Q: Do I have to be home when you are cleaning?

A: Your comfortability is most important. We do not require you to be home 

Q: Are you pet friendly?

A: YES!

Q: How will I let you in my house to clean if we are not home?

A: This can be discussed to your specific preference. 

Q: How do I cancel or reschedule a clean if I am sick or something comes up?

A: To cancel or reschedule, contact us as soon as possible to find the next available opening. 

Q: Do I have to do anything to prepare for my cleaning service?

A: We appreciate if "clutter" items are cleared off of surfaces that you request to be cleaned. We will move items as needed, but note that it could take more time. 

Q: How do I pay for my cleaning service?

A: We accept Cash, Check, and Zelle.
